Responsibilities:
Directly assist the Executive and Sales Team
Conduct property showings
Lead management and follow up
MLS research & comps reports
Showing & open house preparations
Assist in property set up
Client communications
Client itinerary preparation
Calendar management and appointment setting
Update and maintain operational platforms

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years real estate experience as a Realtor
High level writing and communication skills
Positive demeanor and team player
Ability to follow protocols
Effective time management skills
Critical thinking skills and adaptability to prioritize tasks
Strong customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Exceptional organizational skills

Must be available:
Full time/ in office
Monday through Fridays
Part time Weekend in field coverage

Requirements:
Active Real Estate License
Minimum 2 years of Real Estate experience
Familiarity with the Matrix MLS platform
Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft programs
Reliable transportation to Miami Beach office

Compensation:
Salaried
Performance based bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
